Receptionist / Billing Clerk

Main Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • generate and send out invoices
  • post customer payments
  • maintain accounts receivable customer files and records
  • investigate and resolve customer queries
  • process adjustments
  • communicate with customers via phone, email, mail, or personally
  • reconciling manufacturing sheets
  • assist with month-end closing – ensure all monthly invoices are input on the day of close
  • Answer Phones and Monitor Front Desk activity – Sign visitors in/out
  • General filing and upkeep of customer files

Education and Experience

  • knowledge of accounts receivable
  • knowledge of office administration and procedures
  • knowledge of general bookkeeping procedures
  • knowledge of general accounting principals
  • proficient in relevant computer software
  • 1-3 years accounts receivable and general accounting experience
